Hair loss is probably the one thing that causes men more anxiety than anything else in their lives. A receding hairline or the arrival of a bald patch can have a dramatic effect on men’s confidence and self-image. In the first place hair may start to disappear from the temples and the crown of the head. This process can start as early as the later teenage years, but for most it happens in their late 20s and early 30s. A little thinning of the hair may be noticeable first, followed by wider hair loss allowing more of the scalp to become visible.

If this happens to you what can be done about it?  Many people will turn to a wig or a hair piece but the sudden change in appearance can be quite dramatic. A number of treatments are available. Propecia is a well respected treatment for the hair loss problem its prime area of effectiveness is on the top of the head and the mid-scalp area. In most cases Propecia will help to thicken hair presence on the scalp.

I’ve started losing my hair at the rear of my head. I know a few people that have bought laser combs and stuff like that. But I don’ think that they work really.
